In Krav Maga, the details make all the difference in the learning of the technique. Teaching Krav Maga is much more than demonstrating the exercise, it is helping each student develop individually.
The exercises are explained step by step and are trained repeatedly until they become second nature and are executed as a defense reflex. The defenses are trained in situations that simulate a real-life attack.
Classes outside the mat allows the student to have a workout in a different environment.
Seminaries, lectures, and workshops on given subjects can be held for groups in companies, schools, colleges, etc.
